摘  要:随着国家经济和信息技术的不断发展,多行业融合规划建设已成为未来的主要发展趋势。面对中国工业2025——建设智能制造工业强国的宏伟目标,采用现代高新技术和自动化设备结合来提高选矿过程的生产率和经济效益已成为了选矿过程智能化的发展之路。本文综合研究了以图像处理技术为基础的浮选泡沫图像在线分析系统在选矿过程中的工业融合效果。通过在工业现场,以非接触式的测量方法,将图像信息转化为不间断的实时性测量参数及分析结果,传递到自动控制系统中,为生产一线提供重要参考依据,同时提高控制系统的可靠性及整个选矿过程的质量水平,最大程度发挥在线图像分析系统在选矿过程智能化中的重大作用。With the continuous development of national economy and information technology,multi-industry integration planning and construction has become the main development trend in the future.Faced with the grand goal of China's industrial 2025-building a powerful country of intelligent manufacturing industry,it has become the development road of mineral processing intellectualization to improve the productivity and economic benefits of mineral processing by combining modern high-tech and automated equipment.In this paper,the industrial fusion effect of flotation foam image online analysis system based on image processing technology in mineral processing is studied synthetically.The image information is transformed into uninterrupted real-time measurement parameters and analysis results by means of non-contact measurement method in industrial field,which are transmitted to the automatic control system to provide important reference for the production line.At the same time,the reliability of the control system and the quality level of the whole mineral processing process are improved and developed to the maximum extent.The online image analysis system plays an important role in the intelligent mineral processing.
