摘 要:江西某铜矿中钼含量较低,现场采用优先选铜工艺,伴生钼回收率较低。以铜精选扫选尾矿为给矿,采用“一粗一扫-四次精选”的工艺流程,并通过钼精选段再磨擦洗作业进行实验室试验,以BK-AP为捕收剂,六偏磷酸钠为调整剂,BK521为抑制剂闭路试验获得了作业产率为0.12%、钼品位53.75%、作业回收率79.84%的钼精矿,以及作业产率为38.00%、硫品位51.96%、98.58%的硫精矿。试验结果表明,从扫选尾矿进行集中选别可以实现钼的低成本高效回收。In this paper,comprehensive lab flotation test studies are carried out on a copper mine in Jiangxi to find a solution to recover molybdenum effectively.Based on the on-site process scheme,the process of “one rougher-one scavenging-four cleaning” is recommended to recover molybdenum from copper tailings.The locked-circuit test (LCT) results show that,using BK-AP as collector,SHMP as adjuster,and BK521 as depressor,the molybdenum concentrate with 0.12% yield,79.84% process recovery and 53.75% molybdenum grade is achieved.The test results suggest that,it is an unconventional way to recover molybdenum with much lower process cost and much high process feasibility.
