摘 要:激光扫描仪测量精度高,不会造成物体变形和损失,且速度快,操作简便,可以快速得到产品外形数据,缩短设计周期,对整个产品试制非常重要。以翼子板为例,从扫描仪标定到编辑扫描、导出,完成了部件的外形数据采集,并进行高光评价,分析了影响扫描精度的因素,进行了改进,结果表明,激光扫描仪获取产品设计初期数据,方便快捷,效果良好,可以满足曲面的高质量数字化应用需求。Laser scanner has high measurement accuracy, does not cause object deformation and loss, and is fast and easy to operate. It can quickly obtain product shape data and shorten the design cycle. It is very important for the trial production of the whole product. Taking the fender as an example, from scanner calibration to editing, scanning and exporting, the shape data acquisition of components is completed, and the high-light evaluation is carried out. The factors affecting the scanning accuracy are analyzed and improved. The results show that laser scanning can obtain the initial data of product design, which is convenient, fast and effective, and can meet the requirements of high-quality digital application of surface.
