摘　　要：文章介绍了换流变压器有载分接开关位置变送器的工作原理,并针对某换流站换流变压器档位变送器BCD码输出信号异常原因进行了分析,最终提出了解决措施和几点建议,旨在为分接开关的运维提供参考和借鉴。This paper introduces the working principle of on-load tap changer for converter transformer and the working principle of tap changer gear transmitter, analyzes the reasons for abnormal BCD code output signal of tap changer, and finally puts forward some suggestions for eliminating BCD code fault, providing reference for the operation and maintenance of tap changer.
