摘　　要：本文独立学院“95后”大学生的就业价值观进行了提取归纳,发现其求职心态乐观化、求职方向兴趣化、求职目标功利化、求职准则利益化和职业生涯规划意识淡薄五方面的问题,为后续的就业指导工作指明方向。This paper extracts and summarizes the employment values of the post-95 college students in the independent colleges, and finds five aspects of problems: optimistic job-seeking mentality, interest oriented job-seeking direction, utilitarian in job-seeking goal, benefits as job-seeking criteria, and weak career planning consciousness. This paper provides direction for follow-up employment guidance work.
