摘 要:建筑工程计量与计价课程是工程造价专业的主要职业技术课程之一,在教学过程中也是重点教学科目。但是就现在应用的清单计价偏好常规构件,对于复杂构件计量困难且精度不高,计量结果受主观能动性影响,计量结果不统一,多种多样,虽在一定程度上提高了工作效率,但是还有很多的效率提高潜力仍可挖掘。本文研究了BIM技术在建筑工程计量与计价中的应用,提供了一种基于BIM技术的建筑工程计量与计价技术,为相关课程的学习提供一种新的技术和方法。The Construction Engineering Measurement and Valuation course is one of the major vocational and technical courses in engineering cost specialty, and it is also a key teaching subject in the teaching process. However, the current list pricing prefers conventional components, and it is difficult to measure the complex components and the accuracy is not high. The measurement results are subjectively influenced by the subjective initiative, and are not uniform and varied. Although the work efficiency is improved to a certain extent,there are still a lot of potential for efficiency improvement. This paper studies the application of BIM technology in construction engineering measurement and valuation, and provides a construction engineering measurement and valuation technology based on BIM technology, which provides a new technology and method for learning related courses.
