摘　　要：自然杀伤(natural killer,NK)细胞作为机体固有免疫的重要成员,是抗肿瘤免疫的先行者,在肿瘤免疫方面发挥着至关重要的作用。因此,基于NK细胞的抗肿瘤免疫疗法正日益成为科学研究的新兴领域。NK细胞对多种类型肿瘤均具有细胞毒性作用,并且早期旨在增强T细胞毒性的临床手段也可同时激活NK细胞而发挥双重抗肿瘤作用。该文对NK细胞发挥抗肿瘤免疫的功能及其相关机制加以综述,总结靶向NK细胞的单克隆抗体、细胞因子疗法和过继性疗法,阐明NK细胞免疫治疗的现状及趋势,为临床研究提供思路和借鉴。As an important member of the body’s innate immunity and the pioneer of anti-tumor immunity,natural killer (NK) cells play a vital role in tumor immunity. Therefore,NK cell-based anti-tumor immunotherapy has increasingly become an emerging field of scientific research. NK cells have a cytotoxic effect on a variety of tumor types,and early clinical means to enhance T cell toxicity can also activate NK cells to exert a dual anti-tumor effect. This review summarizes the role of NK cells in anti-tumor immunity and its related mechanisms,and summarizes monoclonal antibodies,cytokine therapy and adoptive therapy targeting NK cells. In addition,this review clarifies the status and trends of NK cell immunotherapy and provides ideas and lessons for clinical research.
