摘　　要：介绍了10t/h冷风冲天炉改造成功的意义以及冲天炉高温优质熔炼的治理与提高的途径,得出以下结论:(1)冲天炉在我国走向铸造强国中占有重要地位,达到环保要求与高温优质熔炼是冲天炉必须达到的2项指标,缺一不可;(2)冲天炉的排放治理必须执行排放标准,冲天炉环保设备制造企业需精心制造,确保排放达标,冲天炉熔炼的企业需严格治理,确保环保与优质熔炼双达标;(3)冲天炉应达到高温优质熔炼要求,以适应生产各类中、高端铸件的质量要求;(4)提高热工过程中的热效率、降低焦耗、提升熔化率的正确途径是使用铸造焦、富O送风及利用废气中的化学热与物理热;(5)冲天炉发展的方向是热风、水冷、无炉衬、长炉龄及大型化。An introduction was given to the significance of the 10 t/h cold blast cupola successful reformation,and the management and improvement ways of cupola high temperature and high quality melting. The following conclusions were obtained:(1)Cupola plays an important role in China's becoming a powerful foundry country,meeting the requirements of environmental protection and high temperature and high quality melting were the two indexes that cupola must achieve,not a single one could be omitted.(2)The discharge control of the cupola must be conducted according to the discharge standard,the cupola environmental protection equipment manufacturing enterprises must carefully manufacture the related equipments to ensure that the emissions were up to standard. The cupola melting enterprise must strictly manage and treat to ensure both the environment protection and high quality melting up to standard.(3)The cupola should meet the requirements of high temperature and high quality melting to suitable to the quality requirements of all kinds of medium and high-end castings.(4)The correct way to improve the thermal efficiency in the thermal process,to reduce the coke consumption and to lift the melting rate was to use foundry coke,oxygen-enrichment blast and use the chemical heat and physical heat in the exhaust gas.(5)The development direction of cupola was hot air,water cooling,no lining,long furnace life and large scale.
