摘 要:根据中频炉熔炼灰铸铁的特点和铁液的特性,分析了原材料选用、炉料配比、化学成分、增C率、熔炼温度、孕育处理等对灰铸铁力学性能的影响,阐述了中频炉熔炼灰铸铁的工艺、质量控制及改进,指出高纯净度铁液对于确保灰铸铁铸件高质量和高性能的重要性,并得出以下结论:采用废钢增C工艺,适当提高CE和Si/C比,采取快熔快出的操作方法,强化孕育处理工艺,将铁液过热温度控制在1510~1530℃,出炉温度控制在1480~1500℃,可减少铸造缺陷,增强灰铸铁性能,提高铁液品质和铸件质量,降低废品率。According to the characteristics of medium-frequency furnace smelting gray iron and the characteristics of molten iron,the effects of raw material selection,charge ratio,chemical composition,C increasing rate,melting temperature and inoc-ulation treatment on the mechanical properties of gray iron were analyzed. The process,quality control and improvement of smelting gray iron in medium frequency furnace were explained. The importance of high purity iron liquid for ensuring the high quality and high performance of gray iron castings was point out. The following conclusions were drawn:use scrap steel to increase C,appropriately improve CE and Si/C rate,use fast-melting and fast-tapping operation method,the inoculation process was strengthened,the molten iron superheating temperature was controlled at 1 510~1 530 ℃,and the tapping temperature was controlled at 1 480~1 500 ℃,which could reduce casting defects and enhance the performance of gray iron. It not only improved the quality of molten iron and castings,but also reduced the rate of scrap.
