信息时代铸造企业档案工程信息化建设浅谈

摘　　要：随着信息技术的发展,档案工程信息化是社会发展的趋势,铸造企业档案信息化建设也同样是信息社会档案工程的基础,但也会面临诸多挑战和问题。档案工程信息化带来的便利有:(1)降低档案管理人员和查阅人员的工作强度,提高工作效率;(2)有效防止工作过程中遗漏问题;(3)提高了文档的保密性;(4)可促进档案质量的提高。档案工程信息化在信息社会存在的问题有:(1)文档容易被其他因素入侵;(2)电子信息网络安全保护措施差。最后,提出了做好档案工作管理的措施:(1)加强档案工作管理者的素质;(2)档案工作要有重点保密意识,加强档案管理体制。With the development of information technology,the information of archives project was the trend of social develop-ment,the construction of archives information in foundry enterprises was also the basis of archives engineering in information society,but it will also face many challenges and problems. The convenience brought about by the informatization of archival engineering was as follows:(1)Reduce the work intensity of archives managers and access personnel and improve the efficiency of the work.(2)Effectively prevent the omission problems in the process of work.(3)The confidentiality of documents was improved.(4)It could promote the improvement of file quality. The problems existing in the information society of archival engineering informatization were as follows:(1)The document was easy to be invaded by other factors.(2)The security and protection measures of electronic information network were poor. Finally,the measures to do a good job in the management of archives work were put forward:(1)Strengthening the quality of archival managers.(2)Archives work should had the consci-ousness of key confidentiality and strengthen the file management system.
