摘 要:目的建立道地药材平江白术挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱的分析测定方法,为道地药材平江白术的质量控制提供参考。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白术挥发油,用GC-MS联用技术对平江白术进行指纹图谱测定,并运用中药色谱指纹谱图相似度评价系统进行分析。建立平江白术挥发油的共有指纹图谱,并进行相似度分析、聚类分析与主成分分析。结果建立了平江白术挥发油GC-MS指纹图谱,确定了17个共有峰;通过相似度分析、聚类分析、主成分分析结果可知,不同批次平江白术相似度较高,但质量存在一定差异。结论该方法操作性强、稳定与重复性好,可为平江白术的质量评价提供一定参考。Objective To establish a GC-MS fingerprint method for the analysis and determination of the essential oil of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.produced in Pingjiang,and to provide reference for the quality control of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.produced in Pingjiang.Methods The volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.produced in Pingjiang was extracted by water vapor distillation,and the fingerprint of volatile oil was detected by GC-MS technique,and was calculated by the Traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint spectrum calculation software.GC-MS fingerprint of the volatile oil from Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.produced in Pingjiang was established,and the methods of similarity analysis,clustering analysis and principal component analysis were used.Results GC-MS fingerprint of the volatile oil of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.produced in Pingjiang was established and 17 common peaks were identified.The results of similarity analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis showed that different batches of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.produced in Pingjiang had high similarity,but there were some differences in quality.Conclusion This method is operational,stable and reproducible,which can provide some reference for the quality evaluation of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz.produced in Pingjiang.
