摘 要:目的:探析中西医结合健康教育路径对武威市1 600名学生结核病知晓率的影响。方法:采取整群抽样法从武威市1所大学、16所中学、23所小学中随机选取1 600名学生作为研究对象并对其实施中西医结合健康教育路径,分析实施前后对学生结核病知晓率的影响。结果:中西医结合健康教育路径实施后武威市1 600名学生结核病防治知识知晓率较实施前明显提高、针对结核病患者的态度、结核病防治行为较实施前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合健康教育路径的实施能够全面提高学生结核病知晓率,为校园内结核病的防治以及控制疫情爆发提供了强有力的帮助。Objective: To analyze the effects of integrative medicine health education path on tuberculosis(TB) awareness rate of 1 600 students in Wuwei city. Methods: All 1 600 students were randomly chosen as research objects from one university, 16 middle schools and 23 elementary schools of Wuwei city using cluster sampling method, and they accepted integrative medicine health education path, the effects on the students′TB awareness rate were analyzed before and after the implementation. Results: After implementing integrative medicine health education path, 1 600 students′ TB awareness rate improved obviously compared with before implementation, the attitude to TB patients and the preventive behavior to TB enhanced notably than before implementation, and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion: Implementing integrative medicine health education path could completely raise students′ TB awareness rate, which could provide the forceful help for the prevention of TB at schools and controlling epidemic outbreak.
