中风膏对颈动脉粥样硬化患者血清基质金属蛋白酶-2及其抑制物的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中风膏联合阿托伐他汀钙对颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)患者血清基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)及其抑制物(TIMP-2)的影响。方法:将150例患者随机分为中药组、西药组、联合组,每组50例,各组均给予常规基础治疗。中药组口服中风膏,5 g/次,2次/d;西药组每晚睡前服用阿托伐他汀钙2O mg;联合组每晚睡前服用阿托伐他汀钙2O mg,同时口服中风膏,5 g/次,2次/d。3组均以连续用药3个月为1疗程,连服2个疗程。观察各组干预前后血脂、MMP-2及TIMP-2的变化情况。结果:中药组、西药组、联合组血脂血清低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均显著改善(P<0.05),MMP-2表达下降、TIMP-2表达升高(P<0.05);联合组血脂、MMP-2水平降低,TIMP-2水平升高(P<0.05)。结论:中风膏能够有效降低CAS患者血脂水平,抑制MMP-2表达,增加TIMP-2表达,且中风膏联合阿托伐他汀钙比单纯中风膏干预效果更明显。Objective: To observe the effects of Zhongfeng ointment combined with atorvastatin calcium on serum matrix metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2) and TIMP-2 of the patients with carotid atherosclerosis(CAS). Methods: A total of 150 patients were randomly separated into herbal group, Western medicine group and combination group, 50 cases each group, all of the patients accepted conventional basic therapy. Herbal group took Zhongfeng ointment, 5 g each time, twice each day;Western medicine group took atorvastatin calcium before sleep each night,20 mg;combination group took atorvastatin calcium before sleep each night, 20 mg, and Zhongfeng ointment, 5 g each time, twice each day. Three months were one course, three groups were treated for two courses. Clinical effects were evaluated by the end of the course. To observe the changes of blood lipid, MMP-2 and TIMP-2 of different groups before and after the intervention. Results: LDL-C, TG, TC and HDL-C of three groups improved notably(P<0.05), the expressions of MMP-2 reduced, the expressions of TMIP-2 rose(P<0.05);the level of blood lipid and MMP-2 lowered and the level of TIMP-2 raised in the combination group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Zhongfeng ointment could effectively reduce the levels of blood lipid, inhibit of the expression of MMP-2, increase the expressions of TIMP-2, and the combination effects are more notable than these of only Zhongfeng ointment.
