摘 要:由于转子散热条件差,过高的转子损耗会导致永磁体的不可逆热退磁,基于电磁场有限元分析软件 Max well研究了不同层数36槽42极表贴式分数槽集中绕组永磁电机在最佳电流控制条件下的转子损耗,并且研究了最高转速为6000r/min时永磁体圆周分段和转子 dq轴开槽对转子损耗的影响。研究发现,随着绕组层数的增加,电机的转子损耗降低,但是电机的出力减小;并且永磁体圆周分段较转子 dq轴开槽更有利于降低转子的损耗。Due to the poor heat dissipation condition of the rotor, excessive rotor loss will lead to irreversible thermal demagnetization of permanent magnets. The rotor losses of a 36-slot 42-pole surface-mounted fractional-slot concentrated-winding permanent magnet motor with different layers under optimal current control were studied based on the finite element analysis software Maxwell. The influence of the circumferential segment of permanent magnet and the slotting of dq axis on the rotor loss at the maximum speed of 6000 r/min was also studied. It is found that with the increase of winding layers, the rotor loss decreases, but the output of the motor decreases;and the circumferential segment of the permanent magnet is more conducive to reducing the rotor loss than the slotting of the dq axis of the rotor.
