摘 要:直线永磁磁通切换电机(LFSPM)在诸如城市轨道交通,智能电梯和海浪发电等许多应用场合中都具有巨大的潜力。研究了一种双永磁体励磁的直线永磁磁通切换电机(DLFSPM),该电机通过提高永磁体和硅钢片的利用率来提高推力输出能力。利用有限元软件先对 DLFSPM电机和传统结构 12/14极直线电机进行推力优化,然后比较两者的平均推力,发现 DLFSPM电机具有更高的推力密度。然而,较大的定位力会限制 DLFSPM电机的应用场合。因此,对该电机进行改进来减小其定位力。利用次级分段斜槽结构来抑制其定位力。有限元仿真结果表明,次级分段斜槽结构可以有效的减小 DLFSPM电机的定位力。Linear magnetic flux switching machines (LFSPM) have great potential in many applications such as urban rail transit, smart elevators and wave power generation. This paper investigated a double permanent magnets excited linear permanent magnet flux switching motor (DMLFSPM), which improved the thrust force capability by increasing the utilization of both permanent magnets and silicon steel. The finite element analysis(FEA) was used to optimize the thrust force of the DMLFSPM and the conventional 12/14 LFSPM. After comparing the average thrust force, the DMLFSPM motor was found to have a higher thrust force density. However, larger cogging force limits the application of the DMLFSPM machine. Therefore, the motor was improved to reduce the cogging force. The secondary step skewing structure was used to suppress the cogging force. FEA results shown that the secondary step skewing structure can effectively reduce the cogging force of the DMLFSPM machine.
