摘  要:分析了无位置传感器无刷直流电机根据端电压进行反电势过零点检测进而获得转子换相位置的原理,研究了 PWM调制对反电势过零点检测的影响,设计了消除 PWM斩波干扰的反电势过零点检测电路,提出了对阻容滤波、器件延时与软件计算导致的相位偏移进行联合修正的方法,推导了相移修正公式。实验结果表明所设计的反电势过零检测电路和相移修正方法可准确获得转子换相位置,无位置传感器无刷直流电机能够稳定可靠地运行。The principle of zero-crossing detection of back EMF based on terminal voltage for sensorless brushless DC motor (BLDCM) was analyzed, and the commutation position of rotor was obtained accordingly. The influence of PWM modulation on zero- crossing detection of back EMF was studied. A zero-crossing detection circuit of back EMF was designed to eliminate PWM chopper interference. A combined correction method of phase shift caused by resistance-capacitance filter, device delay and software computing was proposed. The phase shift correction formula was deduced. Experimental results show that the commutation position of motor rotor can be accurately obtained by the zero-crossing detection circuit of back EMF and phase-shift correction method. Brushless DC motor can operate stably and reliably.
