摘  要:将垃圾衍生燃料(RDF)[1]燃烧后产生的灰渣制成泡沫陶瓷填料用在直接蒸发冷却换热过程中,并对其性能进行了实验研究。为了降低空气流经泡沫陶瓷填料的过流阻力,将其进行了结构化处理。实验中,采用小型蒸发式冷凝器处理水的方法。实验结果表明泡沫陶瓷填料制成格栅状后,空气流经时过流阻力显著减小,同时填料的容积散质系数明显高于金属填料和水泥格网板填料,在冷却水处理领域和空气冷却领域将有着广阔的应用前景。The ash produced by the combustion of refuse-derived fuel (RDF)[1] is made into foamed ceramic packing for direct evaporation and heat exchange. it is structured for reducing the flow resistance of the air flowing through the foamed ceramic filler. A small evaporative condenser was used to treat water in this experiment. The experimental results show that after the foamed ceramic packing is made into a grid shape, the flow resistance is significantly reduced when the air flows through, and the volumetric transfer coefficient of the packing is obviously high for metal packing and cement grid packing, it has broad application prospects in the field of cooling water treatment and air cooling.
