基于正交试验硫酸钙晶须催化合成醋酸丁酯的研究

摘  要:硫酸钙晶须是以石膏为原料,在人工控制的条件下生长的硫酸钙纤维状晶体,它有着单晶结构。因其近于完整的晶体结构、均匀的横截面、尺寸细小等优点被广泛使用。本文以硫酸钙晶须作为催化剂,将其应用到酯交换反应中,对其性能进行研究。通过正交实验得到,影响酯交换的主要影响因素为酯醇摩尔比,其次是反应温度和晶须添加量。试验方法的最优条件为:酯醇摩尔比为3,晶须添加量为2%,超声波频率为25kHz,反应时间为6h,反应温度为110℃,产率可达70%以上。The calcium sulfate whisker is calcium sulfate fibrous crystals which its growth with gypsum as raw material under artificial control conditions. It has single crystal structure. Whiskers are widely used due to its complete crystal structure, uniform cross section and small size. In this paper, calcium sulfate whiskers are used as catalysts to apply them to the ester exchange reaction to study their properties. By orthogonal experiment, the main influencing factors affecting ester exchange are ester alcohol molar ratio, followed by reaction temperature and crystal whisker addition. Get the best reaction conditions through the experiment: select modified calcium sulfate whisker as catalyst, molar ratio of ester and alcohol is 3, the addition of calcium sulfate whisker is 2%, ultrasonic frequency is 25 kHz, reaction temperature 110℃ and reaction time is 6h, the esterification yield can reach 70% or more.
