摘　　要：鼠李科鼠李属植物约200种,在我国分布广泛。从该属植物中分离得到了一系列萘衍生物及黄酮等化学成分,具有细胞毒性、抗血栓、抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗高血压等多种重要的药理活性。本文系统综述了国内外从鼠李属植物中分离得到的萘衍生物和黄酮化合物及其药理活性,期望为该属植物的进一步深入研究和开发利用提供参考。The genus Rhamnus which belongs to Rhamnaceae consists of 200 species. They are widely distributed in China. Many naphthalenes and flavonoids isolated from this genus exhibited important and diverse bioactivities, such as cytotoxicity, antiplatelet, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, antihypertensive and so on. This paper summarized the chemical components of naphthalenes and flavonoids and their pharmacological activities by consulting the existing literatures. This review will provide a reference for further research and development of this Genus.
