摘　　要：HIV逆转录酶抑制剂是治疗HIV药物研究的热点,尤其是非核苷类逆转录酶抑制剂的开发更是近年来令人瞩目的焦点。文章就近十年来新合成的非核苷类HIV逆转录酶抑制剂的中国专利技术进行综述,为HIV逆转录酶抑制剂药物的研发设计提供参考。Since the HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitor has become one of the research hotspots in the development of HIV drugs, especially the development of non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors has been the focus of attention in recent years, the paper overviews the Chinese patent technology of the newly synthesized non-nucleoside HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTIs) in the past ten years, and provides references for the design and development of HIV reverse transcriptase inhibitor drugs.
