摘  要:餐厨垃圾的产生量越来越多,对其进行处理非常重要和紧迫。采用厌氧消化技术既能高效处理废弃物又能回收能源气体,具有显著的优势。基于相分离的餐厨垃圾产氢产甲烷两相处理技术,具有广阔的应用前景。本文介绍了国内外在餐厨垃圾两相厌氧处理中的研究进展,为我国餐厨垃圾的资源化处理提供借鉴。The generation of food waste was increasing, and its treatment was very important and urgent. Anaerobic digestion technology had advantage of both waste treatment and energy gas recovery. Based on the phase separation, the two-stage anaerobic treatment technology for hydrogen and methane generation from food waste had widely application prospects. This paper introduced the research progress of two-stage anaerobic treatment of food waste at home and abroad, and can provide a reference for resource-based treatment of food waste in China.
