摘  要:利用温度控制系统,改变HPLC分离柱的温度,进行测定一清颗粒中黄芩苷含量,结果表明,在完全相同流动相比例下,20~60℃范围内,HPLC系统压力、黄芩苷标准品以及一清颗粒样品中黄芩苷的保留时间、峰面积、有效塔板数、分离度等参数都发生了变化,在20~60℃之间一清颗粒样品中黄芩苷含量的测定值在45℃时最大,出峰数最多,有效塔板数和分离度均最大,图谱最优,黄芩苷峰较窄且对称性好。The content of baicalin in Yiqing granules was determined by HPLC using temperature control system and changing the temperature of HPLC separation column. The results showed that the HPLC system pressure, baicalin standard substance and retention time, peak area, effective plate number, separation degree and other parameters of baicalin in Yiqing Granules changed at the same ratio of mobile phase and at the temperature range of 20~60℃. It was at 45℃ that the determination value of baicalin content in Yiqing Granules, the peak number, the effective plate number and separation degree were all the largest, the chromatogram was the best, and the baicalin peak was narrow and symmetrical.
