摘 要:邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的健康危害已经引起全世界的关注,成品汽车内饰材料中的纺织品和皮革制品中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的检测国内目前仍处于空白。本文对车内皮革制品和纺织制品进行微波辅助萃取建立液相色谱分析方法。该方法以乙腈为萃取溶剂,对萃取后采用乙腈定容后在HPLC上进行定性定量分析。该方法方便易行,6种邻苯二甲酸酯化合物在5.0~100μg/mL浓度范围内线性优秀,相关系数均在0.999以上。方法的精密度RSD值为0.49%~3.40%,检出限为1.19~7.19mg/kg。采用该方法对5辆整车内不同部位纺织品和皮革制品进行测量,结果显示该方法具有较好的结果。The health hazards of phthalate compounds have attracted worldwide attention. The detection of phthalates in textiles and leather products in finished car interiors is still in the blank. In this paper, microwave-assisted extraction of leather products and textile products in vehicles was carried out to establish a liquid chromatography method. The method uses acetonitrile as an extraction solvent, and is subjected to qualitative and quantitative analysis on the HPLC after constant volume extraction with acetonitrile after extraction. The method is convenient and easy, and the linearity of the six phthalate compounds in the concentration range of 5.0~100 μg/mL is good, and the correlation coefficient is above 0.999. The precision of the method was 0.49 % to 3.40 %, and the detection limit was 1.19 mg/kg to 7.19 mg/kg. This method was used to measure the textiles and leather products of different parts of the whole vehicle. The results show that the method has good results.
