摘　　要：2018年新疆畜牧科学院"民族团结一家亲"结亲干部被不明虫体叮咬,被咬处起疹,肿胀,奇痒。经对3批次结亲人员问询调查并对用粘板捕获的67只咬人虫体进行形态学鉴定,确定病原为人蚤。在此基础上采取的个人防护、现场喷药、环境卫生治理等综合防控措施效果显著。现将结果报告如下,为南疆人蚤防控提供技术参考。During the activity of "national unity and family unity" held by Xinjiang Academy of Animal Science in 2018, many cadres were bitten by unknown insect. Then rashes, tumefaction and itching appeared in the bitten skin. Through enquiry and investigation towards 3 batches of cadres,in combination with morphological identification of 67 insects captured by sticky trap, the pathogen was finally confirmed as human flea. By adopting personal protection, spray on the spot, health governance of environment and other measures, significant effects were obtained. Here, the diagnosis and treatment results were summarized, hoping to provide some technical references for flea prevention and control in southern Xinjiang.
