摘 要:为探究不同金属材料对齿形组合垫片力学性能的影响,以柔性石墨齿形组合垫片为研究对象,采用试验与数值模拟两种方法研究室温下齿形组合垫片的力学性能。研究结果表明:304与304L垫片和316与316L垫片压缩回弹性能无明显差异,304垫片受压变形量、卸载阶段抗应力损失能力强于316垫片,更适用于压力波动较频繁的场合;经预压后的垫片压缩回弹性能、承载能力和抗应力损失能力有了明显提高;多次加、卸载后,垫片压缩模量和回弹模量随着试验次数的增加而略有增加,变化量较小但始终高于初始值;采用有限元模拟与试验相对比,4种材料齿形组合垫片压缩率和回弹率变化趋势相同,垫片压缩曲线基本一致。In order to investigate the influence of different metal materials on the mechanical properties of the toothed composite mat,the flexible graphite toothed composite gasket was used as the research object.Through experimental and numerical simulation,the mechanical properties of the toothed composite gasket at room temperature were studied to show that,there is no obvious compressive resilience difference between304 and304L gaskets and316 and316L gaskets;the compression deformation and stress loss resistance of304 gaskets are stronger than that of316 gaskets during the unloading phase and they suit the work with frequent pressure fluctuations;the pre-pressed gaskets’ compression-recovery performance,the bearing capacity and the ability to resist stress loss have been significantly improved;the compressive modulus and rebound modulus of the gasket after repeatedly loaded and unloaded increase slightly with the number increase of tests and their variation is small but always higher than the initial value;compared with the finite element simulation and the test,the compression ratio and the rebound rate of four gaskets’ materials have the same trend and the gasket compression curve is basically the same.
