摘  要:以某企业DN2 400mm爆炸试验罐作为工程案例,采用应力分类法校核了该压力容器的强度,利用弹塑性有限元法分析了容器在渐增内压下的弹塑性响应过程,并预测了其塑性极限载荷,结果表明,该设备强度合格且具有一定的安全余量。In this paper,the DN2400 mm explosion test tank was taken as an engineering case and strength of the vessel was checked by means of stress classification. The elastoplastic response process of the vessel under increasing internal pressure was analyzed by means of elastoplastic finite element analysis,including the prediction of its plastic ultimate load. The results show that,the test tank has qualified strength together with certain safety margin.
