摘  要:对立式多级丙烷、轻烃输转泵的工艺特性和泵抽空、气蚀、振动磨损及机封泄漏等常见故障成因进行了分析,重点探讨了立式多级离心泵的结构特点,进而有针对性地对该类泵增设主轴末端支撑点等方面进行结构优化设计,提高设备运行周期,降低维修劳动强度和维修成本。In this paper,the process characteristics of propane’s and light hydrocarbon’s vertical multistage transfer pumps was analyzed,including the pump’s abrasion incurred by evacuation,cavitation and vibration and other faults like mechanical seal leakage,etc. The structure characteristics of the vertical multistage centrifugal pump was mainly discussed and then a structure optimization design was done to the targeted additional spindle end point of the pump so as to improve equipment’s cycle of operation,reduce labor intensity and maintenance cost.
