摘 要:本文主要研究了水蒸气—氮气清洗方法在小型粘钠设备清洗中的应用,实验采用的小型粘钠设备包括电磁泵、钠流量计以及粘钠阀门。实验结果表明水蒸气—氮气清洗方法能够很好的应用于小型粘钠设备,对于结构复杂的钠阀也能保证彻底清洗。小型粘钠设备清洗时通过氢气浓度控制反应速率并判断清洗过程的进行,最终还可以通过清洗液的电导值估算清洗除钠量。此外本文还分析了清洗过程中清洗罐压力波动的原因,被清洗设备放置方式对清洗结果的影响,得到了一些清洗经验,指导未来清洗技术的研究和开展。This article mainly introduced the application of water vapor-nitrogen process in cleaning small sodium wetted devices which included electromagnetic pump,electromagnetic flow meters and sodium valves.The experimental results show that water vapor-nitrogen process can be well applied in cleaning small sodium wetted devices including bellows valve with complex structure.During the experiments,the reaction rate was controlled by the concentration of hydrogen released which also detected the reaction process of sodium with water,the quality of removing sodium can be estimated by the cleaning water conductance value.This paper also analyzed the reason of the cleaning tank pressure fluctuations during the cleaning process and the influence on cleaning results of the cleaning equipment placement,and some useful sodium cleaning experience was got which can guide the future sodium cleaning research.
