摘  要:碱性工业废水的pH值调节需要添加硫酸,硫酸根离子的引入影响了后续各生化处理装置中的污泥,导致出水效果不佳。本研究利用变压吸附工段产生的二氧化碳废气代替硫酸调节废水pH值以规避上述问题。结果显示:调节出水pH稳定控制在6.5~7.5之间,IC厌氧污泥浓度提升至9000~10000 mg/L,IC厌氧出水COD下降至800~1000 mg/L,好氧污泥浓度提升至3000~3500 mg/L,好养出水COD下降至110~120mg/L,每年减排COD 21.02 t,减排氨氮3.15 t,减排二氧化碳2803.2 t。Sulphuric acid is needed to adjust the pH value of alkaline industrial wastewater. The introduction of sulfate ion affects the sludge in subsequent biochemical treatment plants, resulting in poor effluent effect. In order to avoid the above problems, the pH value of wastewater was adjusted by using carbon dioxide exhaust gas produced in pressure swing adsorption section instead of sulphuric acid. The results showed that the pH of effluent was stable between 6.5 and 7.5, the concentration of IC anaerobic sludge was increased to 900~10000 mg/L, the COD of IC anaerobic effluent was decreased to 800~1000 mg/L, the concentration of aerobic sludge was increased to 3000~3500 mg/L, the COD of good nutrient effluent was reduced to 110~120 mg/L, the annual emission of COD 21.02 t, ammonia nitrogen was reduced to 3.15 t, and carbon dioxide was reduced to 2803.2 t.
