摘 要:以Na2SO4作为熔盐,采用熔盐法合成了钛酸铜钙(CaCu3Ti4O(12),CCTO)粉料。探究了合成温度及Na2SO4加入量对合成的CCTO粉料性质的影响。研究发现,当合成温度从800℃升高到950℃,合成得到的CCTO粉料中BaTiO3及CuO杂质相含量逐渐减少,在900℃及950℃合成温度下可以得到纯度高的CCTO粉料。随着合成温度的升高,合成得到的CCTO粉料颗粒粒径逐渐增大,颗粒从无规则形状向棱角光滑的多面体形状转变。改变Na2SO4的加入量对合成得到的CCTO粉料的颗粒粒径及形貌影响较小,但随着Na2SO4加入量的增多,合成得到的CCTO粉料中CuO杂质相含量有所增加。Calcium copper titanate (CaCu3Ti4O12, CCTO) powders were synthesized by a molten-salt method using Na2SO4 as the flux. The effects of the calcined temperature and Na2SO4 adding amount on the properties of CCTO powders were investigated. The results show that when the calcined temperature increases from 800 ℃ to 950 ℃, the amount of BaTiO3 and CuO impurities in the as-obtained CCTO powders decreases gradually and high purity CCTO powders can be obtained under the calcined temperatures of 900 ℃ and 950 ℃. With the increasing of calcined temperature, particle size of the as-synthesized CCTO powders increases and CCTO powders change from irregular particles to polyhedral particles with smooth edges. Changing the adding amount of Na2SO4 has no evident effect on CCTO particle size and morphology, but the amount of CuO impurity in the as-synthesized CCTO powders slightly increases with the increasing of Na2SO4 amount.
