摘 要:阻燃剂是制备可发性聚苯乙烯阻燃料的重要成分,随着环保压力加大,新型环保阻燃剂在产品中的应用备受关注。为了制备新型环保材料,本文首先对三种新型环保阻燃剂进行了苯乙烯的相容性实验,然后考察了三种新型阻燃剂对于可发性聚苯乙烯聚合工艺的影响。实验结果表明:新型阻燃剂与苯乙烯的相容性直接影响了可发性聚苯乙烯聚合工艺的稳定性和产品质量。Flame retardants are important components in the preparation of developable polystyrene flame retardants. With the increasing pressure of environmental protection, the application of new environmental protection flame retardants in products has attracted much attention. In order to prepare new environmental protection materials, the compatibility of styrene with three new environmental protection flame retardants was studied. The results show that the compatibility of the new flame retardant with styrene directly affects the stability of the polymerization process and the product quality.
