高效脱硫剂在某硫磺回收装置的应用研究

摘　　要：以某厂硫磺回收装置为例研究陶氏化学生产的Ucarsol^(TM)高效配方溶剂的应用情况,通过测量尾气吸收塔塔顶过程气中硫化氢含量以及焚烧炉烟气中二氧化硫的含量来评价高效脱硫溶剂的使用性能。由于该高效溶剂是在装置正常生产期间更换的,因此本文还涉及到在线更换脱硫剂的技术。高效脱硫剂更换后,依据生产实际情况进行了溶剂系统调优操作,确保焚烧炉二氧化硫排放达标。Study on application of high efficiency desulfurizer UcarsolTM produced Dow's Chemical Company in one sulfur recovery unit. By measuring the hydrogen sulfide concentration from process gas of tail gas absorption tower and sulfur dioxide concentration in the incinerator to evaluate the performance of efficient desulfurization solvent. Due to the high efficient solvent was replaced during the normal production, so this paper also involves the technology of online replacement desulfurizer. After replacement, the solvent system was optimized according to the actual production condition, which ensured the standardized discharge of the incinerator sulfur dioxide.
