摘　　要：文章以暨南大学图书馆"世界华侨华人文献馆"的特色馆藏工作为例,同时以佛山市顺德图书馆的特藏工作为缩影,探究了公共图书馆特藏工作的文化基础和工作定位,并从特色馆藏工作发展的顶层设计、资源建设的整体格局、与时俱进的人力资源理念等方面提出了对策与建议.Taking the characteristic collection work of"Archive of Overseas Chinese Studies"in Jinan University as an example, and the characteristic collection work of Shunde Library of Foshan City as an epitome, the paper explores the cultural foundation and work orientation of the characteristic collection work of public libraries, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from aspects of the top-level design of the development of the characteristic collection, the overall pattern of the resources construction, and the concept of human resources with the advancement of time.
