摘　　要：我国出版物呈缴制度有力保障了国家总书库的建设。国家图书馆外出催缴工作机制为保障呈缴本制度发挥了重要建设作用。文章对国家图书馆外出催缴工作机制的重要作用、外出催缴工作中存在的出版机构缴送意愿不强等突出问题及今后外出催缴中的工作改进方向进行思考研究。笔者结合外出催缴工作实践经验,提出关注出版物缴送机构现实利益、探索延伸联合外出催缴模式深度和广度等建议,以期进一步提升国家图书馆法定呈缴工作效率,更好的保障国家总书库文献资源建设。The legal deposit regulation of publications in China has strongly guaranteed the construction of repository of the nation’s publications. The mechanism of going out pressing for legal deposit publications of the National Library of China has played an important role in ensuring the legal deposit system. The paper intends to research the important role of this mechanism,the unwillingness of legal deposit of the publishing organizations in the work of going out pressing for publications, the improvement directions of the work in the future, and so on. Combined with the author’s working practice and experience in pressing for publications, the paper recommends focusing on the realistic interests of the publishing organizations and extending the depth and breadth of the model of joint going out pressing for legal deposit and so on, so as to further enhance the working efficiency of the legal deposit of the National Library of China and better guarantee the construction of repository of the nation’s publications.
