摘　　要：文章介绍了美国、英国、法国、加拿大、澳大利亚、日本等国家的著名高校图书馆提供的残障服务,包括辅助技术设施、文献资源保障以及个性化服务,指出国外残疾读者服务优势在于专业的服务机构、关注服务细节及完善的一站式服务,提出国内高校图书馆要提升为残疾读者服务的意识、构建残疾读者画像、推行阅读疗法、引进现代化智能设备及技术以更好地为残疾读者提供服务。The paper introduces the services of disabled readers provided by famous university libraries in the United States,Britain, France, Canada, Australia, Japan and other countries, including auxiliary technology facilities, document resource guarantee and personalized services. Meanwhile, it points out that the advantages of foreign services for disabled readers lie in professional service organization, attention to service details and perfect one-stop service, and suggests university libraries of China to innovate the consciousness of serving disabled readers, construct the portrait of disabled readers, carry out reading therapy, and introduce modern intelligent equipment and technology.
