摘　　要：归化外籍球员是一项系统工程,它涉及归化原则、归化来源与目标、归化操作与管理等方面问题。我国足球归化球员的本质,是球员在世界范围内的正常流动、多方利益的交换以及通过技术移民提高国足水平。归化球员不仅是面对2022年卡塔尔世界杯备战和为国内人才断档提供缓冲时间等现实情况而采取的短期行为,也是推动中国足球发展的一项长远措施。倘若实施不当,在发生“擦边球式”归化的同时,会面临归化球员挤压本土球员生存空间、堵塞青训球员上升通道的可能和风险。在此背景下,尽管我国足球的归化强调质量和数量,但是面对归化后国足成绩的短期反弹,我们不能过分乐观,而要从归化的逻辑基点着手,加强归化球员考察、注册、参赛、管理和后续服务,促进我国足球归化工作有序发展,建立归化与青训之间更加协调的关系。Naturalized players are a systematic project,which involves principles,sources and objectives,operation and management.The essence of naturalized players in China is the normal flow of football players around the world,the exchange of interests among different parties and the improvement of China’s football level through skilled immigration.Naturalized players are not only short-term actions for preparing 2022 World Cup and providing a buffer time for domestic players cut-offs,but also a long-term measure to promote the development of China’s football.If it is implemented improperly,it could appear“edge ball”naturalization,and we should pay attention to the risk of squeezing the development space of domesticated players and blocking the ascent path of youth players.Although China’s naturalization emphasizes quality and quantity,we should not be too optimistic about the short-term rebound.We should start from the logical basis,strengthen the investigation,registration,competition,management and follow-up services of naturalized players,promoting the orderly development of China’s football naturalization and establish a more coordinated relationship between naturalization and youth training.
