基于精准扶贫导向下的我国农村体育公共服务供给侧改革的路径分析

摘　　要：体育公共服务供给的落实关乎人民幸福获得感,涉及人民全面发展的需求满足.当前我国农村经济发展水平不断提升,农村群众越来越渴望能够深度地参与到各种体育活动中来,但现阶段我国城乡体育公共服务的发展态势极为不平衡,特别是很多农村的体育公共服务工作落实不到位,供给效率与农民体育需求形成强烈反差.提升供给效率,满足农民多元体育需求成为当前农村体育公共服务供给的首要任务.本文通过“精准扶贫”的“精准”执行逻辑,通过精准识别、精准供给、精准落实执行农村体育公共服务的供给逻辑,为农村体育公共服务的供给侧改革提出大胆尝试,提升农村体育公共服务的效率,借由服务效率的提高加速发展体育产业经济.The implementation of sports public service supply is related to people’s sense of happiness and satisfaction of people’s all-round development needs.At present,the level of rural economic development in our country is constantly improving,and the rural people are more and more eager to participate in various sports activities in depth.But at present,the development situation of sports public service in urban and rural areas is extremely unbalanced,especially in many rural areas,the implementation of sports public service is not in place,and the supply efficiency and farmers’sports demand form a strong contrast.Promoting supply efficiency and meeting farmers’multiple sports needs have become the primary task of the current rural sports public service supply.Through the"precise"execution logic of"precise poverty alleviation"and through the precise identification,precise supply and precise implementation of the supply logic of rural sports public service,this paper puts forward a bold attempt for the supply-side reform of rural sports public service,improves the efficiency of rural sports public service,and accelerates the development of sports industry economy by improving the service efficiency.
