小城镇 大问题——略谈近代江南市镇与城乡文化

摘　　要：近现代,太湖流域一直是中国经济最发达的地方之一,江南市镇在近现代的中国经济中一直处于领先地位。南浔、盛泽、乌镇等典型的江南市镇,在近现代都是比县城甚至州府更为发达的经济强镇。在当代中国城镇化热潮中,对江南市镇的开发建设应充分利用地方志史料,重视对其历史文化价值的挖掘,并加以保护和利用,以建设各具特色的江南市镇,保持其经济发展的可持续性。In modern times, Taihu Lake basin has always been one of the most developed places in China’s economy. Jiangnan Towns have always been in the leading position in modern Chinese economy. Nanxun, Shengze, Wuzhen and other typical towns in the south of the Yangtze River are more developed than county towns or even prefectures in modern times. In the boom of urbanization in contemporary China, we should make full use of local chronicles and historical materials, attach importance to the excavation of their historical and cultural values, and protect and utilize them in order to build Jiangnan towns with different characteristics, so as to maintain the sustainability of their economic development.
