摘  要:目的了解医院内多重耐药菌的感染及分布情况,为临床制定有效控制措施提供依据。方法选择2015-2017年住院患者感染送检标本,通过实验分离多重耐药菌,对其在临床的分布、耐药率进行调查分析。结果2015-2017年共送检标本50549株,分离出病原菌6936株,多重耐药菌1268株,主要以革兰氏阴性菌为主。多重耐药菌感染检出率前5位分别是鲍曼不动杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌。多重耐药菌感染科室主要分布于ICU、骨科、神经外科,其检出率高于其他科室。结论加强医院多重耐药菌防控,可有效减少医院感染的发生,保障患者就医安全。Objective To understand the infection and distribution of MDROS in the hospital,and provide the basis for the development of effective control measures in clinical practice.Methods The clinical distribution and drug resistance rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria were investigated and analyzed through the experimental isolation of multidrug-resistant bacteria from infected samples of hospitalized patients from 2015 to 2017.Results From 2015 to 2017,50549 specimens were sent for examination.6936 strains of pathogenic bacteria and 1268 strains of multi-drug resistant bacteria were isolated,mainly were Gram-negative bacteria.The top five detection rates of multi-drug resistant bacteria were Acinetobacter baumannii,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.ICU,orthopaedics and neurosurgery departments were the main departments with high risk of infections caused by multi-drug resistant bacteria.Conclusion Strengthening the prevention and control of multi-drug-resistant bacteria in hospitals can effectively reduce the incidence of hospital infection and ensure the safety of medical treatment.
