摘  要:目的建立男宝胶囊近红外模型,对其进行快速质量筛查。方法在波数12000~4000cm^-1区间、分辨率为8cm^-1、扫描次数为32次的条件下,用Bruker Matrix-F型傅立叶变换近红外光谱仪扫描采集男宝胶囊近红外光谱,每批样品扫描6次,建立近红外分析模型。结果建立的近红外一致性分析模型筛查出的CI值大于6的样品,RF-HPLC方法进一步测定淫羊藿苷、补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、丹皮酚4种成分的含量,得出不合格结论;阈值95%建立的快速比较模型,能准确筛选目标厂家与其他厂家的男宝胶囊样品。结论建立的近红外分析模型在不同的分析条件下均能对男宝胶囊质量进行快速、有效筛查。关键词:男宝胶囊;近红外光谱;快速质量筛查。Objective To establish the near infrared spectroscopy model of NanBao capsule and perform rapid quality screening for them.Methods The near infrared spectrum of NanBao capsules were collected by Bruker Matrix-F Fourier Transform Near Infrared Spectrometer within the wave number range of 12000~4000 cm^-1,resolution of 8cm^-1 and scanning times of 32 times.Six times were scanned for each batch of samples,and a near infrared analysis model was established.Results The sample with CI value greater than 6 detected by the near-infrared consistency analysis model was established.Tthe content of the four components of icariin,butadipine,isobutadipine and tannin was further determined by the RF-HPLC method,and it was concluded that it was unqualified.The rapid comparison model established by threshold value of 95% could accurately screen the samples of manbao capsule from the target manufacturers and other manufacturers.Conclusion The established near infrared analysis model can quickly and effectively screen the quality of NanBao capsules under different conditions.
