摘　　要：目的:探讨3TMRDWI表观扩散系数(ADC)与视网膜母细胞瘤(RB)不良预后因素的相关性。方法:回顾性分析24例RB患儿MR弥散加权扫描的影像资料,分析ADC值与患儿存活时间、肿瘤大小、双眼发病、生长方式及视神经侵犯的相关性。结果:24例患儿ADC平均值为(0.74±0.11)mm2/s,且与手术化疗后存活时间、肿瘤大小、双眼发病及视神经侵犯有相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤生长方式无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ADC值与公认的RB不良预后因素有一定相关性,可作为RB预后评估的新手段。Objective:To correlate apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values with prognostic parameters of retinoblastoma(RB).Methods:MR diffusion weighted imaging data of 24 children with RB were retrospectively analyzed.The correlation between ADC value and survival time,tumor size,bilaterality,growth pattern and optic nerve invasion was analyzed.Results:The mean ADC of 24 cases was 0.74±0.11mm 2/s,which was correlated with survival time,tumor size,bilaterality and optic nerve invasion after operation and chemotherapy(P<0.05).There was no correlation of ADC value with growth pattern(P>0.05).Conclusion:ADC value is correlated with the recognized adverse prognostic factors of RB,and can be used as a new method for evaluating the prognosis of RB.
