山东某高校医学生急救能力现状及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的了解山东某医学高校在校医学生急救能力现状并探讨其潜在影响因素,为引导医学生进行更完善的院前急救提供依据。方法自行设计医学急救技能评估与急救能力影响因素调查问卷,采用分层随机抽样的方法对山东第一医科大学不同年级、专业的1145名医学生进行问卷调查,并使用多元线性回归探讨潜在影响因素。结果医学生平均急救能力得分为67.4±13.06。2015级医学生平均急救能力得分为71.33±12.77,明显高于低年级学生;临床医学学生和护理学学生平均急救能力得分为69.16±12.76和69.73±10.80,明显高于其他专业。多因素研究显示年级(β=0.095)、临床专业(β=0.068)、对急救知识的渴望(β=0.051)、事先的安全措施准备(β=0.048)、困难时压力状况(β=0.033)与急救能力的得分明显相关。结论在校医学生院前急救能力相对较低,年级、专业、急救意识、心理状态等方面是影响急救能力得分的潜在影响因素。学校应加强对医学生急救知识的宣传教育和普及工作。Objective:To understand the current situation of first-aid ability of medical students in a Shandong college and explore its potential influencing factors so as to provide medical students with a more complete pre-hospital first-aid program.Methods:We conducted a cross-sectional survey covering 1145 medical students around Taishan Medical University based on a self-designed structured questionnaire.The stratified random sampling method was adopted to select respondents and the multiple linear regression model was used to explore the potential influencing factors.Results:The average score of first aid ability of medical students was 67.4±13.06.The average first-aid ability score of medical students in grade of 2015 was 71.33±12.77,which was significantly higher than that of students in lower grades.The average first-aid ability scores of clinical medicine students and nursing students were 69.16±12.76 and 69.73±10.80,which was higher than those in other majors'students.Multifactor analysis showed that the first-aid ability score was significantly associated with grade(β=0.095),clinical specialty(β=0.068),desire for first-aid knowledge(β=0.051),preparation for safety measures in advance(β=0.048),and stress status in difficult situations(β=0.033).Conclusion:The first-aid ability of medical students at the school is generally low.Grade,specialty,consciousness of first-aid,and psychological state are the potential factors influencing the score of first-aid ability.The school should strengthen the publicity of its first-aid knowledge education and popularization work.
