摘 要:随着电压等级的进一步提升,真空灭弧室的绝缘水平逐渐成为制约真空断路器发展的瓶颈。本文概述了高电压等级真空灭弧室绝缘设计研究的发展现状,介绍了具有多重悬浮电位屏蔽罩的新型126kV真空灭弧室结构特性,最后分析了高电压等级真空灭弧室绝缘结构设计中应用的设计方法。文中以球-板真空间隙绝缘特性研究为例,采用最大击穿场强法评估和预测,获得了其击穿电压值的预测曲线,通过试验验证了最大击穿电场强度评估方法的准确性。相关研究不仅可以指导高电压等级真空灭弧室的绝缘设计,也可以为真空间隙的绝缘耐压特性评估提供理论依据。With the further increase of voltage,the insulation of vacuum interrupter has gradually become the bottleneck restricting the development of vacuum circuit breaker.In this paper we summarize the development status of insulation design of high voltage vacuum interrupter,introduce the structure characteristics of a new 126 kV vacuum interrupter with multiple suspension potential shielding cover,and analyze the insulation structure design method of high voltage vacuum interrupter.For the vacuum gap insulation characteristics study of a ball-plate structure,the maximum breakdown field strength evaluation and prediction method is used to obtain the prediction curve of breakdown voltage.The accuracy of the maximum breakdown electric field strength evaluation method is verified by experiments.Relevant research can not only guide the insulation design of high voltage vacuum interrupter,but also provide theoretical basis for the evaluation of insulation voltage withstanding characteristics of vacuum gap.
