摘 要:CuCr材料由于具有良好的开断、耐压及抗熔焊性能而广泛应用于中高压真空断路器触头材料中,而制备方法不同的CuCr触头材料表现出不同的性能特点。本文讨论了混粉烧结、真空熔渗、真空熔铸、电弧熔炼四种工艺CuCr触头材料制备方法及不同方法制备的触头材料性能之间的差异化对真空断路器在耐压、开断能力、抗熔焊性等性能的影响,供在真空灭弧室设计中CuCr触头的选择提供参考。CuCr is dominant material used in high voltage vacuum interrupters because of its excellent electrical performance including high interruption capability,high voltage withstanding capability and anti-welding ability.CuCr materials with different preparation methods have different properties.Four preparation methods including powder metallurgy,vacuum infiltration,vacuum casting and arc-melting were discussed.Material properties of CuCr prepared by different method were compared and the effects of them on vacuum circuit breakers performance including withstanding performance,breaking capacity and anti-welding performance were studied.The study provides a reference for appropriate selection of CuCr contact material in vacuum interrupter design.
