摘 要:齿轮的疲劳性能对工程机械的使用寿命有重大影响,推土机齿轮的失效主要是断齿所致。为了改善推土机重载齿轮的弯曲疲劳性能,制作了42CrMo、22CrNi2MoNb、20CrMnMo、20CrMnTi、22CrMoH和S48C钢齿轮,并分别进行了离子渗氮、渗碳淬火低温回火和中频感应淬火低温回火处理。检测了齿轮的显微组织、相成分、表面硬度和硬度梯度、弯曲疲劳寿命及断口形貌。结果表明:渗碳、淬火齿轮的弯曲疲劳寿命均高于离子渗氮的中碳钢齿轮;4种渗碳、淬火齿轮中,22CrNi2MoNb钢齿轮的弯曲疲劳寿命最佳,其次是22CrMoH钢和20CrMnTi钢齿轮,20CrMnMo钢最差,这与22CrNi2MoNb钢齿轮晶粒细、强韧性高有关。20CrMnTi钢齿轮疲劳寿命优于20CrMnMo钢齿轮的原因与晶粒更细有关。Fatigue behavior of gear has considerable influence on service life of engineering machinery. Fail of bulldozer gear to be continuously used stems mainly from its tooth breaking. In order to improve bending fatigue property of the heavy-duty gear of bulldozer , the gears were made of 42CrMo , 22CrNi2MoNb , 20CrMnMo , 20CrMnTi ,22CrMoH , and S48C steels then ion nitrided for 42CrMo steel gear , carburized , hardened and low- temperature tempered for 22CrNi2MoNb , 20CrMnMo , 20CrMnTi , 22CrMoH steel gears , as well as medium- frequency induction hardened and low-temperature tempered for S48C steel gear. The gears were tested for microstructure , phase composition , surface hardness , hardness gradient , bending fatigue life , and fracture pattern. The results indicated that the carburized and hardened gears all exhibited higher bending fatigue life relative to the ion-nitrided medium-carbon steel gear , and that of four carburized and hardened gears the gear having the best bending fatigue life was the 22CrNi2MoNb steel gear , followed by 22CrMoH steel gear , the 20CrMnTi steel gear and 20CrMnMo steel gear , which was traced to finer grains thereby better strength and toughness of the 22CrNi2MoNb steel gear. The 20CrMnTi steel gear was superior to 20CrMnMo steel gear in the fatigue life because of its finer grains.
