摘 要:铝包钢是一种双金属材料。用于输电线路的铝包钢丝通常为70钢。在严寒地区等特殊环境和大跨度线路上使用的铝包钢丝要求具有现有的70钢铝包钢丝达不到的较高强度。为了提高铝包钢丝的强度并保持足够的塑性和韧性,在70钢的基础上对铝包钢丝的成分进行了调整:含碳量提高0.1%~0.15%,适当改变硅和锰的含量,并改进了热处理和拉拔工艺。结果表明:这样的铝包钢丝既具有较高的强度又具有良好的延展性。Aluminum-clad steel is a type bimetal. The aluminum-clad wire used for transmission line is usually made of 70 steel. The aluminum-clad wire used in special environment such as severely cold area or used for largespan line is required to give higher strength up to which the existent aluminum-clad wire made of 70 steel does not come. To increase the strength under the condition that the sufficient plasticity and toughness are maintained, chemical composition of the aluminum-clad wire was adjusted on the basis of 70 steel , that is , it had carbon content 0.1 to 0.15% higher than that of 70 steel and silicon and manganese contents a little different from 70 steel. Besides , the heat treatment and drawing procedures were modified , too. As a result , the aluminum-clad wire exhibited both higher strength and excellent ductility.
