摘 要:某发电厂6号炉分隔屏过热器管发生泄漏。对泄漏的过热器管进行了宏观检查、金相检验和硬度检测。结果表明:水平夹持管的焊缝硬度远高于母材,产生了较大的焊接应力;补焊部位长期运行后组织恶化,受到蒸汽的吹损而减薄,导致其泄漏。最终管子在漏点处蒸汽喷射的反作用力下发生断裂。Leakage occurred in separating screen superheater tube in furnace No.6 of a power plant. The leaking superheater tube was subjected to macro check , metallographic examination and hardness measurements. The results showed that hardness of the horizontal clamping pipe weld was much higher than that of the base metal , thus leading to larger welding stress;and that the place where repairing welding was accomplished exhibited poor microstructure after long-time operating , and was thinned due to steam impingement , thus resulting in its leakage. Finally , the tube fractured at leakage point by reacting force of steam injecting.
