摘 要:利用高温拉伸、金相和扫描等分析方法研究残余Al含量对X2 CrNi 19.10不锈钢锻造开裂的影响。结果表明,残余Al含量为0.09 wt.%的X2 CrNi 19.10不锈钢在高温变形过程中易裂敏感温度区间为740~890℃。Al含量对AlN的析出温度区间和最大析出量影响显著,锻造过程中Al含量过高会引起不锈钢分段中AlN的析出。在变形过程中,部分晶界处氮化铝相与基体间产生空洞,回炉加热时裂纹空洞内壁被氧化,两者相互作用,引起锻造开裂并加速裂纹扩展。What residual Al element acts in cracking of X2 CrNi 19.10 stainless steel forgings has been analyzed by the means of elevated-temperature tensile tests, OA and SEM. The result indicate the stainless steel with Al content of 0.09 wt.%is apt to crack at temperature range 740 to 890 ℃ during deformation at high temperature, which means Al content plays a significant role in the temperature range of AIN precipitation and the maximum precipitation amount. Extra high Al content can cause AIN precipitation in stainless steel during sectional forging. Voids generate between AIN phase and matrix at some gain boundaries during deformation. The inner wall of crack cavities is oxidized when the stainless steel is being heated.These two facts interact to result in forging cracking and prompt crack propagation.
