摘 要:镨钕合金作为熔炼含镨的高性能钕铁硼永磁材料的主要原料,其中氟离子含量的测定和监控是非常重要的环节.采用离子选择电极法测定镨钕合金中氟含量.通过碱熔分解试样,用水浸出熔融物后过滤分离干扰元素,以柠檬酸-硝酸钾溶液作为离子强度剂,以饱和甘汞电极为参比电极,氟离子选择电极为指示电极,在三乙醇胺缓冲溶液中用电极电位仪测定试液中氟离子浓度,从而得出试样中的氟含量.该法相对标准偏差(RSD)为8.17%~24.5%(n=7),氟的回收率在98.5%~103.8%之间.表明,该方法所得的结果准确.Praseodymium-Neodymium alloy is the main material in high quality Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet materials. It is very important to monitor fluoride in Praseodymium-Neodymium alloy. This paper investigates determination of fluoride in Praseodymium-Neodymium alloy with ion selective electrode. After decomposition of Praseodymium-Neodymium alloy by alkali fusion, interference elements were seperateaway using water extraction and filtration. This study uses sodium citrate-potassium nitrate solution as ion intensity agent, and determinates fluoride by ion selective electrode in the triethanolamine buffer solution, and then to obtain fluoride content in the Praseodymium-Neodymium alloy. The relative standard deviations (RSD, n=7) is between 8. 17% and 24. 5%. The recovery rate of the spiked recovery test is between 98. 5% and 103. 8%.
