摘 要:杂环化合物是有机化学的重要组成部分,关于其C-H键的活化研究一直是有机工作者的关注热点,近年来大量关于杂环化合物C-H键活化实现C-C键的交叉偶联的文献被报道,其中包括金属钯催化、金属铜的催化、其他金属催化以及无金属催化等,杂环化合物广泛存在于自然界及活化分子中,在生物体内常常扮演着重要角色.综述了近年来该领域的研究进展,期望能对更多复杂有机杂环化合物的简便合成提供参考.Heterocyclic compounds are an important part of organic chemistry. The research on the activation of C-H bonds has been a hot topic of organic workers. In recent years, a large number of literatures on the cross-coupling of C- C bonds by the activation of heterocyclic compounds with C-H bonds have been reported, including metal palladium catalysis, metal copper catalysis, other metal catalysis and metal-free catalysis. Heterocyclic compounds are widely found in nature and activated molecules, and often play an important role in living organisms. Recent advances in this field were reviewed, hoping to provide a reference for the simple synthesis of more complex organic heterocyclic compounds.
